Last year Washington, DC residents dined on some of the Nation’s Capital’s finest cuisine at Share Our Strength’s annual Taste of the Nation. The sold out event raised over $124,000 to fight childhood hunger locally and nationally.
Taste of the Nation DC 2010 promises to be bigger and better than ever. Join us on Monday, April 12th at the National Building Museum as we showcase more than 60 of the city’s top restaurants, wine bars and mixologists for an evening of exquisite dining and imbibing.
Each ticket purchased helps us in our ambitious campaign to end childhood hunger in America by 2015. In the wake of staggering reports that nearly half of all children in the U.S. will be on food stamps at the some point in their life, there is no time to waste. The time to act is now.
