SAVOR FOODS FROM THE VALLEY'S TOP CHEFS AND HELP FIGHT CHILDHOOD HUNGER
Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation® Set for Thursday, August 27, at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa
(Avon, Colo., July 28, 2009)-- Savor foods from the Valley's finest chefs, and help fight childhood hunger at Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation Vail. The event is set for Thursday, August 27, at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa. Funds raised from the evening will support Share Our Strength's efforts to end childhood hunger in the Vail Valley and across America.
Attendees will enjoy a fabulous five course dinner paired with fine wines prepared by Vail's finest chefs. These include:
"It's hard to image that more than 180,000 children in Colorado are living in poverty," said Chef Ferzacca. "The funds raised from this year's event will support our local efforts to end childhood hunger, and supply low income families with the foods they need to lead healthy, active lives."
