Parking:

Self-parking is available in Lot A which is located just south of the ballpark on 3rd Street. Parking rates are $4.00 from 5 p.m. - 12 a.m. There is also limited street parking in metered spots if available (meters are free after 6:00 p.m.).

Check-in:

Check-in will be on the Club Level directly after exiting the elevator. VIP check-in starts at 5:15 p.m.; Taste check-in starts at 6:15 p.m. Additional tickets can be purchased at the door.

VIP Details:

VIP reception guests will be given an orange wristband. Note that this is both for admission into the reception and for collection of your VIP gift bag at the end of the night.

Attire:

Dress for the event is business casual.

Silent Auction, Raffle, Cellar and Wine Toss:

This year’s silent auction has an incredible variety of unique experiences, dining, and getaways including: Grand Prix racing ~ Design your own ice cream for 10 with Silver Moon ~ 3 night package at the Ritz Carlton Tahoe ~ Tickets and an insider tour to SF Chefs,Food,Wine ~ and many more.

In addition to the auction, we have a raffle, a wine toss and two wine cellars. Winning a cellar is a fantastic way to augment your wine collection. There are 2 sets of 25+ bottles of reserve wine. Volunteers will be selling keys throughout the night for the two different cellars. Be sure to buy keys for your chance to win it all!

Cash and Credit:

Credit card machines are available for walk up ticket purchases and silent auction checkout. All other activities are cash only so please plan accordingly! Note that there is a Wells Fargo ATM on the Club Level next to check-in.
