Taste of the Nation 2009 - Attendees enjoyed a sense-sational event featuring the finest food, worldly wines, scintillating spirits, live entertainment, and an incredible silent and live auction. The VIP dinner offered guests the change to be the first to meet participating chefs, savor their dishes and bid in the fabulous silent auction. Help us ensure no kid in America grows up hungry!

This year’s Gala Dinner included an all-star line up of San Francisco’s culinary talent! Chefs included Michael Symon (Cleveland’s Lola/Lolita), SF’s own Traci Des Jardins (Acme Chophouse/Jardiniere/Mijita), Chris Cosentino (Incanto), Gavin Kaysen (NYC’s Cafe Boulud), and Koren Grieveson (Chicago’s Avec).

Chef Elizabeth Falkner once again provided the dessert course, and Host Chef Thom Fox graciously opened his Acme Chophouse kitchen again to host.
