The Quaker Oats Company, headquartered in Chicago, is a unit of PepsiCo, Inc., one of the world's largest consumer packaged goods companies.

In January 2009, Quaker began a partnership with Share Our Strength to fight childhood hunger through nutritious product donations, awareness-building social media campaigns and local community grants. As part of the Go Humans Go campaign, Quaker is committed to donating up to 1 million servings of Quaker products to Share our Strength to help provide nourishment and feed hungry families across the country. Consumers can participate in the campaign by entering the UPC code from Quaker products. Consumers can also apply for funding to fuel their own hunger relief projects in their local communities.
