Jacques Pépin, the world renowned host of his acclaimed and popular cooking programs on public television, and prolific author, respected instructor, and gifted artist will be attending as the Honorary Chef Chairman. Faith Middleton, host of the popular show "The Food Schmooze" on WNPR, will also serve as an Honorary Chair of the event. |

Suvir Saran, the creative force behind American Masala and Devi restaurants and author of Indian Home Cooking was most recently named Chairman, Asian Culinary Studies for the CIA's World Cuisines Council. Peter Salovey, Yale Provost and professor of Psychology, joins Taste of the Nation New Haven as an Honorary Chair. |

Nicole Zuraitis, your entertainer for the evening, is a jazz and soul singer-songwriter and pianist who has a voice that the Harford Advocate says performs "acrobatic leaps and flips across a sprawling vocal range."
