Along with host Silverado Chef Peter Pahk, participating restaurants and wineries included: Cole’s Chop House, Go Fish, Carneros Inn, Brix, Google Cafe 150, Robert Mondavi Winery, Faust, Joseph Phelps, Franciscan, Simi Winery, The Hess Collection, Sonoma Cutrer, Chalk Hill, Benessere, Cakebread Vineyards, Hall Wines, Silver Oak, Luna Vineyards, Domaine Chandon, Ferrari-Carano, Groth and more.
In addition, Taste of the Nation Napa Valley will feature a live and silent auction. The auction will showcase must-have lots such including deluxe accommodations at Silverado Resort, gourmet meals at the Bay Area’s best restaurants, and large format bottles and verticals of some of Napa’s best wines.
