Chef Spotlight - Lincoln Carson

The next in our series is Chef Lincoln Carson. As the Corporate Pastry Chef for Mina Group, Chef Carson oversees the pastry program at their 19 restaurants including Michael Mina San Francisco, where he is based. Chef Carson most recently participated in Confections and Cocktails, a DC pastry and cocktail event which raised money for No Kid Hungry.

Standing Together to tell Congress that SNAP Works

So I was honored when Share Our Strength asked me to present a letter to Congress yesterday on behalf of nearly 400 fellow chefs and members of the culinary community, asking our elected representatives to protect kids at risk of hunger.
