Children Can’t Wait -- Your Action Needed Today

We are running out of time for Congress to reauthorize the Child Nutrition Bill, critical legislation that will further our efforts to end childhood hunger in America. If a Child Nutrition Bill is not passed this summer, millions of children will not receive the nutritious food they need to learn and grow.
With 1 in 4 kids at-risk of hunger and 1 in 3 obese or overweight, the time for strong action is now.
Your voice—and many others—are needed to demonstrate national support for completing a strong Child Nutrition Bill this year. Members of Congress are telling us that they are not hearing from their constituents about this important issue. So let’s make sure they do!
I am asking you to take the following actions and to do so today:
1) Please call or email your members of Congress 2) Pass this call to action to all of your friends and family

Call your Representative with a simple message: America’s children can’t wait. Pass Child Nutrition Reauthorization now. Call 1-866-277-7617 and ask to be connected to your Representative’s office. Don’t know who your Representative is? Look it up online.
Email your Senators and Representative in support of Child Nutrition Reauthorization. You can do this at the Hunger Action Center.
