WHY REGISTER? Did you know that the money you raise allows Share Our Strength to fund programs that help feed children all across America? Through our national network of anti-hunger organizations, we weave together a net of support that catches kids at risk of hunger and makes sure they have the nutritious meals they need to thrive. Register to take part in this year’s Great American Dine Out and help us end childhood hunger in America.
YOUR GOOD WILL AT WORK… IN OHIO
Because of rising unemployment, many Americans are facing hunger for the first time. Fortunately, money raised during last year’s Great American Dine Out is helping. Some of these funds are reaching the residents of Wilmington, Ohio, where a recent DHL plant closing has led many long-time residents to experience economic hardship and hunger. Share Our Strength funds are enabling Sugartree Ministries to provide food and clothing, serve hot meals and distribute over 8,500 grocery items a month to those in need. Thank you for making it possible for Share Our Strength to reach out to those in need in Ohio.
STATE RESTAURANT ASSOCIATIONS PROVIDE SUBSTANTIAL SUPPORT TO THE CAMPAIGN
Fifteen State Restaurant Associations (SRA’s) have joined the Great American Dine Out as promotional partners including: Arkansas, Georgia, Colorado, Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Texas and Wisconsin! In return for recognition on our website, these SRA partners are stepping up to recruit member restaurants through their chapter email blasts and newsletters. Find out how to leverage your support.
